Advertising and Analytics Services Provided by Others

We may allow others to provide analytics services and serve advertisements on our behalf across the Internet and in applications. These entities may use cookies, web beacons, device identifiers and other technologies to collect information about your use of the Services and other websites and applications, including your IP address, web browser, mobile network information, pages viewed, time spent on pages or in apps, links clicked and conversion information. This information may be used by Drive Motors and others to, among other things, analyze and track data, determine the popularity of certain content, deliver advertising and content targeted to your interests on our Services and other websites and better understand your online activity. How Drive Motors Works

Use Drive Motors to pre-qualify for auto financing prior to visiting a participating dealer. We review the information you provide to determine whether you pre-qualify. If you pre-qualify, you will be able to see the estimated monthly payment and APR for vehicles you may be considering. The pre-qualification will include an estimate of the financing terms you could qualify for when you apply for financing at the dealer. When you are ready to finance a vehicle, take your pre-qualification to a participating dealer to let them know you are pre-qualified for auto financing.

Product Terms

Pre-qualification does not guarantee that you will receive financing or any particular financing terms, which are subject to change based on an evaluation of your credit application submitted at the dealer and any required documents. To pre-qualify, you must be at least 18 years old, have a valid street address within the United States or an APO/FPO address.

Due to requirements under the Military Lending Act, auto financing for certain members of the Armed Forces and their dependents cannot include GAP, Credit-Life, or Accident & Health Insurance and other similar products. APR

APR is the Annual Percentage Rate. Advertised rates depend on the individual's credit and key financing characteristics, including but not limited to the Amount Financed, term, a loan-to-value (LTV) ratio of less than or equal to 80%, down payment amount, and other vehicle characteristics. A representative example of payment terms are as follows: a $1,000 down payment, an Amount Financed of $25,000 with an APR of 7.50% and a term of 60 months would have a monthly payment of $500.95. Cash down may be required in order to complete your purchase. Advertised rates are subject to change without notice. Your actual APR will be based on your specific situation.

Monthly Payment

Monthly payment and APR terms are not final until your financing is completed at a participating dealer. These terms are based on information you provide and might change if you update any information on our website or at the dealer.

Dealer Participation Requirements

Drive Motors through its participating partners provides pre-qualification on new and used vehicles offered by participating dealers. Participating dealers are subject to change. We do not offer financing and we do not offer financing for lease buyouts.

Dealer Advertised Inventory

Dealer advertised inventory might not be available for all participating dealers. If dealer advertised inventory is not available, or if the inventory is not available in your market, your Drive Motors pre-qualification may still be used at any participating dealer.

Third Party Information

You understand and agree that you are applying for credit prequalification by providing the information to complete and submit this credit application. We may keep this application and any other application submitted to us and information about you whether or not the application is prequalified. You certify that the information on the application and in any other application submitted to us, is true and complete. You understand that false statements may subject you to criminal penalties.

The words “you”, “your” and “yours” mean each person submitting this application. The words “we”, “us”, “our” and “ours” as used below refer to Drive Motors Inc., the dealer, and the financial institution(s) selected to receive your application.

You authorize us to submit this application and any other application submitted in connection with the proposed transaction to the financial institutions disclosed to you by us or the dealer. This application will be reviewed by such financial institutions on behalf of themselves and the dealer. In addition, in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, you authorize that such financial institutions may submit your applications to other financial institutions for the purpose of fulfilling your request to apply for credit.

You agree that we may obtain a consumer credit report periodically from one or more consumer reporting agencies (credit bureaus) in connection with the proposed transaction and any update, renewal, refinancing, modification or extension of that transaction. You also agree that we or any affiliate of ours may obtain one or more consumer credit reports on you at any time whatsoever. If you ask, you will be told whether a credit report was requested, and if so, the name and address of any credit bureau from which we or our affiliate obtained your credit report.

You agree that we may verify your employment, income, assets and debts, and that anyone receiving a copy of this is authorized to provide us with such information. You further authorize us to gather whatever credit and employment history we consider necessary and appropriate in evaluating this application and any other applications submitted in connection with the proposed transaction. You understand that we, the dealer, or the financial institution(s) will rely on the information in this credit application in making a decision.

State Notices

California Residents: An applicant, if married, may apply for a separate account.

Maine and Tennessee Residents: You must have physical damage insurance covering loss or damage to the vehicle for the term of the contract. For a lease, you must also have the liability insurance as described in the lease. You may purchase required insurance through any insurance agent or broker and from any insurance company that is reasonably acceptable to us. You are not required to deal with any of our affiliates when choosing an agent, broker or insurer. Your choice of a particular insurance agent, broker or insurer will not affect our credit decision, so long as the insurance provides adequate coverage with an insurer who meets our reasonable requirements.

New Hampshire Residents: If you are applying for a balloon payment contract, you are entitled, if you ask, to receive a written estimate of the monthly payment amount for refinancing the balloon payment in accord with the creditor’s existing refinance programs. You would be entitled to receive the estimate before you enter into a balloon payment contract. A balloon contract is an installment sales contract with a final scheduled payment that is at least twice the amount of one of the earlier scheduled equal periodic installment payments.

New York Residents: In connection with your application for credit, a consumer report may be obtained from a consumer reporting agency (credit bureau). If credit is extended, the party or parties extending credit or holding such credit may order additional consumer reports in connection with any update, renewal or extension of the credit. If you ask, you will be told whether a consumer report was requested and, if so, the name and address of any consumer reporting agency (credit bureau) from which such credit report was obtained.

Ohio Residents: Ohio laws against discrimination require that all creditors make credit equally available to all creditworthy customers and that credit reporting agencies maintain separate credit histories on each individual upon request. The Ohio Civil Rights Commission administers compliance with this law.

Rhode Island Residents: Consumer reports may be requested in connection with this application. Buyer has the right of free choice in selecting an insurer to provide insurance required in connection with this transaction subject to our reasonable approval in accordance with applicable law.

Vermont Residents: You authorize us and any financial institution with which this credit application is shared, and each of their respective employees or agents, to obtain and verify information about you (including one or more credit reports, information about your employment and banking and credit relationships) that they may deem necessary or appropriate in evaluating your credit application. If your credit application is approved and credit is granted, you also authorize the parties granting credit or holding your account, and their respective employees and agents, to obtain additional credit reports and other information about you in connection with reviewing the account, increasing the available credit on the account (if applicable), taking collection on the account, or for any other legitimate purpose.

Married Wisconsin Residents: No provision of any marital property agreement, any unilateral statement under Wis. Stat § 766.59 or any court decree under § 766.70 applied to marital property adversely affects our interest unless you furnish a copy of the agreement, statement, or court decree or we have actual knowledge of such adverse provision before credit is granted. If you are making this credit application individually and not jointly with your spouse, complete Section A about yourself and Section B about your non-applicant spouse. Your non-applicant spouse should not sign the credit application if you are applying for individual credit.

E-Sign and UETA Disclosure and Consent

Please read this Federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (“E-Sign”) and Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (“UETA”) Disclosure and Consent carefully and keep a copy for your records. You can record your consent to the E-Sign Disclosure and Consent by placing a checkmark in the box on the webpage. By checking the boxes on the website you consent to the electronic delivery of the disclosures, agreements, change notices, terms and conditions and any other documents. You also agree that we do not need to provide you with additional paper (non-electronic) copies of the disclosures, agreements, change notices, terms and conditions and any other documents, unless specifically requested. Once you consent to the disclosures, you may request paper copies, which may result in a fee.

Electronic Delivery of Disclosures and Notices

In order to proceed with your application and to access, receive and retain the disclosures, agreements, change notices, terms and conditions and any other documents you must provide, at your own expense, an Internet connected device that is compatible with Drive Motors Inc.’s application website (the “Website”) deployed at the time of access. Your device must meet the minimum requirements outlined below. You also confirm that your device will meet these specifications and requirements and will permit you to access and retain the disclosures, agreements, change notices, terms and conditions and any other documents electronically each time you access and use the Website.

If you do not want to receive the disclosures, agreements, change notices, terms and conditions and any other documents electronically, you should exit the Website. If you do not consent to receiving these documents electronically, you will not be able to continue with your application via the Website.

System Requirements to Access Information

To receive an electronic copy of the disclosures, agreements, change notices, terms and conditions and any other documents you must have the following equipment and software:

1. A personal computer or other device which is capable of accessing the Internet. Your access to this page verifies that your system/device meets these requirements.
2. Withdrawal of Electronic Acceptance of Documents

You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. If consent is withdrawn, Drive Motors Inc. reserves the right to discontinue your access to the Website, terminate any and all agreements with you, and/or charge you additional fees for paper copies. We may treat your provision of an invalid email address or the subsequent malfunction of a previously valid address as a withdrawal of your consent to receive electronic documents.

Requesting Paper Documents

You have the right to request a paper copy of any document; we will not provide you with paper (non-electronic) copies of the documents unless specifically requested by you, or we otherwise deem it appropriate to do so. You will not incur a fee for paper copies. You can obtain a paper copy of an E-Document by printing it yourself or by requesting that we mail you a paper copy, provided that such request is made within a reasonable time after we first provided the electronic communication to you. To request a paper copy, submit your request to us in writing at the address above. We reserve the right, but assume no obligation, to provide a paper (instead of electronic) copy of any statement or account notice that you have authorized us to provide electronically.

How to Update your Records

It is your responsibility to provide us with a true, accurate and complete E-Mail address, contact, and other information related to your application. Federal Law

You acknowledge and agree that your consent to E-Documents is being provided in connection with a transaction affecting interstate commerce that is subject to the Federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act, and that you and we both intend that the Act apply to the fullest extent possible to validate our ability to conduct business with you by electronic means.

Termination/ Changes

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to discontinue the provision of your E-Documents or to terminate or change the terms and conditions on which we provide E-Documents. We will provide you with notice of any such termination or change as required by law.

To confirm to us that you can access this information electronically, which will be similar to other electronic records that we may provide to you, please verify that you were able to read this electronic disclosure and that you also were able to print on paper or electronically save this page for your future reference and access or that you were able to e-mail this disclosure and consent to an address where you will be able to print on paper or save it for your future reference. and access.
